additional characters are 25% off the original price of the commission options you choose for the first character. (this would be an add-on fee to the original commission's price)

eg; first character is $25, the additional character would be $18.75

Simple backgrounds are free, while more detailed ones range from $20-$60

turnaround time can be anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months, I do have rush fee's if it's desired. my Terms Of Service contains of what i will and will not draw, how i send updates, extra fees, terms of use, etc. you can find the full list here or message me if you have any questions!
